Cornell and Diehl Dreams of Kadath You know the sort of blend that takes you on a bit of a journey? Well, Dreams of Kadath doesn’t just take you—it packs your bag, locks the door behind you, and points you straight into the unknown. A proper complex one, this.
Part of Cornell & Diehl’s "Old Ones" series, it’s inspired by the cosmic wanderings of H.P. Lovecraft. And while we’re not in the habit of naming tobacco after obscure horror literature, the name suits. This is deep, rich, and layered—far more than your average evening puff.
The blend itself is a mishmash of all sorts—Virginias, dark-fired Kentucky, perique, Turkish leaf, and black Cavendish. A bit like a stew that’s been simmering for hours—every draw brings out something different. Plums, spice, earth, raisins, and a touch of something winey. You might not find the city of the gods, but you will find something you didn’t expect.
One to be savoured slowly. Best smoked when you’ve got the time, the quiet, and the right frame of mind.
