A UK Exclusive Limited Edition wooden box containing 3 Cohiba Talisman Cuban cigars! Sixty years of Cohiba is quite the occasion, and the Cubans have chosen a particularly interesting cigar to begin the celebrations.
The Cohiba Talismán first appeared in 2017 as an Edición Limitada, becoming one of the more sought-after modern Cohiba releases. Now, for the marque's 60th anniversary in 2026, it returns in a new role: the ninth cigar in Cohiba's original Línea Clásica, this time as a permanent addition rather than another numbered annual edition.
The cigar retains its imposing Sublimes No. 1 dimensions, measuring 154mm by a 54 ring gauge, finished with the distinctive little pigtail cap. Each is handmade using selected Cuban long-filler tobacco from Vuelta Abajo, including leaves grown around San Juan y Martínez and San Luis.
The medium-to-full blend opens with rich woody character, developing deeper roasted notes, subtle herbal touches and coffee towards the final third.
The 2026 release was unveiled at Kensington Palace Orangery in London on the 7th of October 2026, continuing a long association between major Cohiba launches and the British cigar trade. For this occasion, the UK has received something especially interesting: a limited-edition gift box containing three Talismán cigars, with just 6,500 presentations produced. It is a distinctly British exclusive celebrating a distinctly Cuban anniversary.
An important distinction for collectors: although the original Talismán was a 2017 Limited Edition, the 2026 cigar is a new regular-production Línea Clásica release. It is the special three-cigar presentation that is limited.
A remarkable addition to the Cohiba story, and an exceptionally handsome way to mark six decades.
Three cigars to celebrate sixty years. One suspects the difficult part will be deciding which anniversary deserves the first one.
