Joya De Nicaragua Cigars: The original Nicaraguan cigar. Joya de Nicaragua was established in 1968, making it the very first premium handmade cigar manufacturer in Nicaragua. Nicaragua has suffered countless hard times over the last few decades, which has made offering their cigars on the worldwide market difficult but sheer passion, determination and outstanding Cigars have kept the company alive and today we are able to enjoy their cigars in the UK once again. In recent years their Cigars have won countless awards and it’s safe to say that Joya De Nicaragua are back on the map as one of the leading cigar manufacturers in the world. In 2016 the Black Swan Shoppe was honoured to be part of the first UK expedition to Nicaragua for over 30 years to see first hand what is happening on the Nicaraguan Cigar scene. To say we were blown away was an understatement. We were met by very passionate family owned companies and Joya in particular greeted us with tear filled passion and could not wait to show us their Cigars and the enchanting traditional processes they use to take seeds and turn them into some of the finest Cigars in the world. Every aspect of the process is done by hand by passionate people who take great pride in their work going to exceptional lengths to ensure the finished products are of the finest quality. We see it as an honour to be able to stock their Cigars, we hope you are as honoured to enjoy them.

Joya De Nicaragua Cuatro Cinco Reserva Especial Cigars: Cuatro Cinco is an extraordinary achievement by Fabrica Joya de Nicaragua. The Cuatro Cinco was originally released as limited edition as it commemorated 45 years of cigar manufacturing. The Cigars were so highly received that Joya De Nicaragua released the Reserva Especial as a permanent line, which is a carefully modified recipe featuring select Grade A fillers, aged within vintage white oak barrels. This super-premium blend delivers subtle, but extraordinarily enchanting woody notes, sweet flavours and a velvety finish.

Loose boxed single Cigar: The Joya De Nicaragua Cigars are normally packaged loose in boxes of 10’s 20’s and 25’s. We will mail a single cigar in a cardboard sleeve surrounded by protective packaging. The cigar should be enjoyed within a few days or kept in a humidor to ensure its condition and enjoyment.
