The Signature Black Grain Freehand 199 is a wonderful example of that philosophy, with its softly rounded bowl, flowing freehand profile and beautifully preserved plateau rim. The smooth natural finish allows the briar's own grain to take centre stage, creating a striking contrast against the dark, rugged plateau that crowns the bowl.

The generous bowl nestles comfortably in the hand, while the elegant sculpted acrylic stem adds balance and the unmistakable Nørding silhouette collectors have admired for decades. Every contour feels organic, shaped as much by the wood itself as by the craftsman's eye.

Like every Signature pipe, the 199 is individually carved from carefully selected briar, ensuring this exact piece will never be repeated. The grain, the plateau and the sweeping curves belong to this pipe alone.
