The Dr Plumbs 95291 is a traditionally shaped and sized, London made, briar pipe polished with a natural, deep brown tint. As the name gives away it is a smooth, Apple shaped Briar bowl with a straight stem. The length of the stem and thicker briar wall prevents overheating therefore providing a cooler smoother smoke. The Twinbore is named for its distinctive twin bore construction, which features two air channels or "bores" running through the stem. This innovative design promotes a cool and even smoke, ensuring a consistently enjoyable smoking experience. The Dr Plumbs Twinbore briar pipes incorporate the re-usable metal filter system. The metal filter is suspended in the middle of a moisture trap, which forces the smoke to spiral round the cool metal before entering the stem. This causes condensation, which naturally removes tar and moisture deposits from the smoke trapping them in the shank for a cool pleasant smoking experience. Simply wipe clean in between smokes.

The metal filter can be removed all together for smokers who prefer a totally un-restricted full bodied smoke.
