Barling Marylebone Fossil 9mm Bent Dublin Briar Pipe
Barling is one of the long-established English pipe makers, with roots going back to the early 19th century. Their designs have consistently centred on practical, well-balanced shapes intended for regular use.
The Marylebone range follows that same philosophy, offering traditional forms paired with durable finishes suited to everyday handling.
This 1821 is presented in a Bent Dublin shape, defined by its flared bowl that widens toward the rim and a gentle forward cant. The addition of a bent stem gives it a relaxed, comfortable feel both in hand and when clenched.
The Fossil rusticated finish adds a tactile surface to the briar, improving grip while giving the pipe a more rugged character. It’s a finish that tends to develop nicely with use over time.
Fitted with a black acrylic stem, the overall look remains simple and functional. A well-balanced Barling that combines classic shaping with everyday practicality.
