Zippo Templar II This Zippo Templar II is a solid bit of metalwork with a presence about it. The cast-metal knight on the front stands out in full relief, from the chain mail and helm down to the heavy Crusader sword he’s resting on. The red enamel cross adds that dash of colour you can spot from across a room.
It’s the sort of design that nods back to mediaeval craftsmanship — the kind of iron and grit you’d see in old armoury halls or on the carvings of ruined keeps up north. Zippo have pressed every ridge, joint and fold into this emblem, giving it a depth and weight you can feel when it’s in your hand.
Underneath all that decoration, it’s still a true Bradford-made Zippo: windproof flame, sturdy hinge, and that familiar click that’s been the same for generations. A lighter with a bit of history in its bones — and built to last longer than most of us.
