CHURCHWARDEN vs PORTABLE It is often a debate many pipe smoker enter into every time they walk into their local tobacconist. It is well know that the longer the stem, the bigger and thicker the bowl, the cooler the pipe will smoke. Stanwell Black & White 406 The Stanwell Black and White 406 is the 401's smaller lighter weight brother. It is a stunning straight Rhodesian with a stunning ivory effect tapered peg as the standard stem and a tapered Black semi Churchwarden stem. Both stems are made from the more popular Acrylic choice for long lasting without staining. We don't need to tell you that the finish is simply stunning. The matt black against the white embedded rings in the shank is simply stunning.

Unfiltered The 406 is designed specifically for those who like the full unrestricted draw and flavour from an unfiltered pipe.
