Planta Pipe Point Black Vanilla Well this was a welcome surprise for 2013, the ever popular Planta Black Vanilla in a Flake! The ready rubbed has sat lonely on our shelves for many years so a flake version is very much welcome. The Planta Pipe Point Black Vanilla is a dark, blend of twelve American and Korean Virginias blended with the finest Burleys. The blend is then ripened in a special Cavendish process, achieving a superb flavour through the addition of genuine Madagascar vanilla before being pressed into a large cake to cook slowly under pressure. The cake is then thinly sliced into flake form.

Ready Rubbed Pipe Tobacco: The Planta Pipe Point Black Vanilla Pipe Tobacco is a ready rubbed tobacco blend. Ready rubbed tobacco is made up of loose strands and is ready for immediate use in the pipe with no preparation for added convenience and enjoyment.

Flake Pipe Tobacco: As the name suggest the Planta Pipe Point Black Vanilla Flake comes in Flake form. Flake tobacco usually requires rubbing (breaking up) before it can be smoked. The tobacco can be rubbed to the smokers preference depending on whether they prefer a slow or fast burn rate.
