Peterson Sandblast Spigots: Peterson spigots are notoriously rare and usually take pride of place in any collection. The Spigot evolved on the front lines as soldiers repaired their pipe with a spent cartridge. Peterson evolved this into hallmarked sterling silver band and tapered fitting on the stem of a high grade pipe. The entire range of Spigots are notoriously difficult to get hold of and fly off the shelves quicker than we can buy them. The sandblast is no exception and is quite strikingly different to the other finishes in the spigot series.

Peterson Sandblast Spigot 120: The Peterson 120 Sandblast is a classic straight Billiard of slightly less than average proportions in relation to most on the market which makes for a nice light pipe. It has a generous chamber for a good deep fill with the weight saving coming from the thinner Briar walls making this a perfect pipe for everyday use. The bowl has been sandblasted by Petersons expert craftsmen to enhance the natural grain of this quality Briar before finishing in a rich Brown stain with lighter reddish brown on the raised areas. As usual the pipe has been finished with a stunning Sterling Silver military mount and Black Acrylic stem. This is a tapered fitting meaning the fit will never wear loose and I guess we can say it again, it just looks fantastic!

Fishtail mouthpiece: Petersons trademark patented mouthpiece is the p.lip design, which has many advantages but unfortunately some smokers just don't get on with it. The Spigot series comes with the fishtail mouthpiece as an alternative for those who don't get on with the P.Lip.
