When the Dunhill Light Flake was de-listed the Mac Baren Virginia Flake was the closest thing we could find for our mourning Dunhill smokers. Some preferred it some bear with it, now Dunhill will our pipe smokers go back to it? Who knows all we can tell you is, like the rest of the Mac Baren range it is an excellent quality Flake carefully blended by one of the most skillfull tobacco manufacturers in the world.

The Mac Baren Virginia Flake is a slowly burning easy going tobacco blend made up primarily of Virginia with a slight addition of selected Burley tobacco's. The blend has a sweet, slightly fruity flavour that also gains approval from other people close by due to the comfortable room note.

Flake Pipe Tobacco: The Mac Barens Virginia Flake Pipe tobacco is sold in flake form. Flake tobacco usually requires rubbing (breaking up) before it can be smoked. The tobacco can be rubbed to the smokers preference depending on whether they prefer a slow or fast burn rate.
