Chacom Pipes (St Claude) Chacom is a family owned company who can trace their pipe making heritage to 1825 before Briar was even discovered. They are based in St Claude which is widely recognised as the pipe making capital of the world. They are one of very few pipe manufacturers who make pipes from start to finish. From ageing the Briar right through to hand finishing.

Chacom Tom Eltang Oscar Contrast Sandblast Chacom is pleased and proud to present the pipe "Oscar". A result of the combined experience and knowledge. A pipe specially designed by Tom Eltang who is considered as one of the best pipemakers in the world. This pipe shows a remarkable fluidity of form and is made from the best briars. Why Oscar? Simply that Tom designed this pipe the same day as the birth of his grandson, Oscar.

This particular edition is our favourite finish in the Oscar series. Its an ebony brown sandblasted finish with flame grain detailing. This is technical wise a very well designed pipe with a flat bottom so it can stand up.
