A branded Cedar box containing 25 loose H.Upmann Coronas Junior, Cuban cigars!
The Upmann brand was founded in 1844 by the Upmann brothers who were two wealthy bankers with a healthy appreciation for the smoking qualities of hand rolled cigars combined with the Cuban flavour. However they found the majority of Cubans around at the time were too strong to enjoy comfortably. The Upmann was therefore introduced to fill this void and are now a household name and one of the most popular cigars in our humidors.
Our best selling cigar! The Upmann Coronas Junior are a small, very enjoyable, light bodied cigar, which have a great construction and give off a good thick smoke for their size. They are a very attractive cigar, which provide a smooth creamy flavour with hints of Coffee and nutty essences blossoming throughout. Their relatively small size and lighter flavour means they can be enjoyed by any smoker and make a great introduction to Cuban flavours or a regular smoke for the more experienced.
Loose Boxed: When the Upmann factory package their cigars in 25’s they are packaged loose in a Cedar lined box. This helps the cigars to develop and flavours to diffuse. They are stored in our humidors until dispatch and ideally should be transfered directly into a humidor. If you are buying them for a special occasion they should keep for up to a week in a cool, dark place.
Hand Rolled: The tradition of being rolled on a maidens thy can be questioned but the added quality a cigar beholds from being hand rolled by an experienced Cigar Roller cannot. Each cigar is rolled to the same density with full length filler (leaves), providing the perfect draw and ash build up, which cannot be matched by a machine.
Please note the H.Upmann cigars require cutting or punching before they can be enjoyed.
