Revor Plug Pipe Tobacco: Revor plug is one of those classic pipe tobacco's that has done the rounds being produced by various companies over the years. Thankfully it's final resting place is in the hands of the Kendal favourites who will ensure it is produced for many years to come to the same recipe without sacrificing on quality. The Revor is a quality, plug loosely pressed from a blend of fire cured Virginias and Kentucky, with a subtle lakeland aroma. When we say loose it is still a firm pressed tobacco but can be broken by hand without too much stress. The smoke is rich, dense and packed full of flavour.

Plug Tobacco: The Gawith and Hoggarths Kendal Revor Plug tobacco comes in an unprepared plug form. Plug blocks are cut from a cake, which is produced by fermenting tobacco leaves under immense pressure. A plug requires slicing and rubbing to prepare it for smoking. Leaving large slices or chunks will reduce the burn rate whilst thinner slices will provide a faster more intense burn. Due to the added fermentation process, plug tends to be full bodied and would only be recommended for the experienced smoker.
