E P Carrillo Cigars:
Ernest Carrillo is somewhat of a pioneer in the Cigar world and has produced many award winning Cigars. You could be forgiven for dismissing their range of Cigars after eyeing up the inch series and thinking that they are mass market gimmicks but it couldn’t be further from the truth. The truth is they listen to the consumer and armed with extensive experience in blending and rolling they created the inch series to satisfy the demand for large gauge Cigars of quality.
E P Carrillo Inch Series Cigars:
One of the largest Cigars on the market! And possibly the only Cigar of this size that’s actually worthy of smoking. Most Cigars of these size are for novelty purposes but these are blended and rolled with Cigar enthusiasts in mind.
As the name would suggest the inch series is named after the sheer girth of these impressive Cigars. The launch saw a 64 gauge which is an inch in girth. The most popular and only Cigar available from the range in the UK is the No.70 which is even bigger and with a 7 inch length you get a whole evenings slow burning satisfaction from one stick.
The Cigars are blended using Nicaraguan and Honduran long leaf filler which provides a fulfilling characterful body to the Cigar before finishing with a wonderful oily Connecticut Broadleaf Maduro wrapper. The Cigars smoke smooth and even with copious amounts of smoke and balanced notes of black coffee with peppery and earthy undertones mingled with an undeniable sweetness.
Cellophane Wrapped Cigars:
The E P Carrillo Inch Series Extra Large Cigars come individually wrapped. The cigars will stay fresh and ready to smoke for a while without the need for a humidor if kept in a dark cool place. If storing for longer than a week a humidor would be recommended.
Please note the E P Carrillo Cigars are a premium hand rolled Cigar and therefore require cutting or punching before they can be enjoyed!
