Charatan Pipe Tobacco: Charatan is an London brand steeped in Tobacco history dating back to 1863 and is a brand long associated with Dunhill. When the current owners of this brand learnt of the loss of Dunhill Pipe Tobaccos from the worldwide market in 2018 they jumped to the aid of many mourning pipe smokers and produced their own blends as more or less identical replacements. The consensus so far from blind taste testing carried out in pipe clubs is that there is no notable difference. So mourn no more folks.

Charatan Rolls Pipe Tobacco: The Charatan Rolls Pipe Tobacco has been produced as a direct replacement for the delisted Dunhill De Luxe Navy Rolls Pipe Tobacco. The luxury tobacco composition that is prepared to produce these rolls of tobacco is based on high quality, carefully selected, ripe African flue-cured tobacco rounded off with some traditional cured Perique tobacco, which have been wrapped around a Cavendish core. The blend is remarkably close to the former Dunhill De Luxe Navy Rolls.

Ready Rubbed Pipe Tobacco: The Charatan Rolls Tobacco comes in a roll cake format. The sliced discs can be smoked as they are, mixed with some ready rubbed or can be rubbed to the smokers preference depending on the desired burn rate. Twist tobacco is often matured. All though this adds depth of flavour and character it can be over powering for the less experienced.
