Cigar Cutters; The main aim is to clear a passage in the end cap of the cigar to allow it to draw without damaging the carefully rolled filler or the outer leaf. Using a cheap blunt cutter can damage the wrapper and crush the inner binder affecting the draw and resulting in loose cuts of tobacco in the mouth.
