  The Ciro Solingen German rolling machines are one of the best built rolling machines on the market. They use the best materials and least fiddly design to make things easy and last for years. The blind is thicker and has no seam which greatly reduces the chance of splitting. This makes it slightly springy but soon becomes pliable with a little use.
